Regency Technologies Warranties & Policies

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Regency Technologies offers a 30-day Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) guarantee for all items sold as Tested and Working. All of Regency Technologies items are sold as Tested and Working unless otherwise noted. Only those items that are specifically sold As-Is* are not subject to this warranty.

The DOA warranty covers electronic parts and physical hardware. Any software, firmware, drivers, registration, security code, license, update, patch, initialization routine or anything not directly related to hardware will be up to the buyer to configure, install and/or update. Buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility with their equipment before purchasing. If the product arrives damaged or fails to perform as indicated in the contract details, contact us within thirty (30) days from date of purchase for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and we will either replace the item, provide a refund, or repair the item at our discretion.

*Items sold As-Is, untested, not working, or non-functional have NO warranty and it is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of what they are purchasing. No RMA will be issued for any item sold As-Is.

RETURN POLICY
If any product needs to be returned to us, please fill out a Request for Return form. When we receive your completed form we will issue you an RMA number to reference on the outside of the box. You then ship the product back to Regency Technologies (you pay the freight) with all products packed securely. All returned merchandise will require an RMA number to be accepted by our shipping department. Packages received without an RMA number will have an increased processing time. Regency Technologies will repair or replace the product (at our discretion) and ship it back to you (we pay the freight) within two business days of initial processing of the RMA.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Regency Technologies accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as Paypal. We do not accept foreign currency.

For Standard Purchases
Payment must be made via credit card or Paypal at the time of purchase. Products will not be shipped until payment is verified.

For Wholesale Auction Purchases
Payment must be made within 5 days of completion of the auction or you must contact us within 5 days to confirm payment method. If no contact is established or no payment made within those 5 days, the auction will be voided.

SHIPPING PROCEDURES
The product will be shipped via UPS. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. We only ship to physical addresses, so please no PO Boxes. Under no circumstances will any items be shipped via FedEx.
